1. hiit workout (42 minutes): this workout targets fat loss. it’s a hiit workout at it’s finest, and it’ll get your heart rate up high, and get you sweating like crazy. the 1000 calorie workout video is included for people who wish to challenge themselves further and go for a 1000 calorie burn, or if you feel like you’re in the perfect shape to do the workout.

download (pdf) – this is a downloadable version of this workout, and is for people who wish to do this workout on their own. the videos listed below will not work if you open them directly as a pdf, but if you download them to your computer and open them, they’ll work fine. this workout is designed for people who wish to lose weight, or are at the start of a fat loss journey. if you’re training for a race, the workouts might not be challenging enough. if you’re a beginner, the workouts might be too challenging.

you’ll need:- a pair of dumbbells (dumbbells make a great sub for kettlebells).- an optional kettlebell (optional, but recommended if you’re just getting started with a kettlebell).- nutrition overview, which is included in the pdf version of this workout. if you wish to skip it, that’s okay – we’ll send it to you as a free bonus.

the fat loss program is a 5-day workout program that is designed for people who want to lose weight, but don’t want to lose too much muscle. if you do want to lose muscle, then we recommend the fat loss program with muscle gain. the fat loss program with muscle gain includes the same workouts as the fat loss program, but adds in some muscle building recipes, while still maintaining the goal of losing weight.
